By enrolling in our programs, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrollment and Payment
1.1. Enrollment in Vegchef is confirmed once the deposit is paid after a successful interview. All program fees are due before the program begins.
1.2. Program fees include tuition, course materials, access to kitchen facilities, weekday meals (Monday to Friday, except during school closures, bank holidays or in cases when meals are unavailable), and specific excursions. Any additional costs for personal items, transportation, or other non-program expenses are the student’s responsibility.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. All program fees are non-refundable.
2.2. Similarly, no refunds are available for withdrawals, absences, or other reasons once the program has started.
3. Code of Conduct
3.1. While we encourage feedback and open dialogue with our attendees we ask students to maintain respectful and professional conduct toward instructors, staff, fellow students, Ekebyholm School, and Vegchef property during their whole stay in Sweden.
3.2. Misconduct, including disruptive behavior, harassment, or illegal activities, may result in dismissal.
4. Early Dismissal Due to Misconduct
4.1. Vegchef reserves the right to deny graduation and dismiss students for serious breaches of conduct or program policies.
4.2. No refunds are provided upon dismissal for misconduct. Students cover any costs related to early departure.
5. Health and Safety
5.1. Students must inform Vegchef of any allergies, dietary needs, or medical conditions in advance.
5.2. All safety guidelines must be followed in the kitchen and on campus.
6. Liability
6.1. Vegchef is not liable for personal injuries or lost/stolen property during the program.
6.2. Personal insurance for health, travel, and belongings is recommended.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. Course materials, recipes, and other resources provided by Vegchef are protected by copyright and are for personal use only. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes.
8. Changes to the Program
8.1. Vegchef reserves the right to make changes to the live program schedule, instructors, course material or content as necessary.
8.2. In the unlikely event of significant program alterations, Vegchef will endeavor to notify students in advance and minimize disruption.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
